Canadian Police Ceremonial Training Course Toasts Those Who Sacrificed All

The Canadian Police Ceremonial Training Course held its annual course at the Ontario Police College during the week of June 23-26, 2025. Before the mess dinner, the instructor staff stood before the Wall of Honour with a bottle of ‘Final Salute’, a new limited-edition single malt whisky crafted by Tumbleweed Distillery, and remembered those who sacrificed all.

Pictured in the photo are training course staff.

‘Final Salute’ is desert-aged, 100% malted barley and matured over 5 years and showcases a strong oaky character with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and caramel flavours of the whisky. $20 out of every bottle sold of the run of 500 will result in a total donation of $10,000 to the Memorial Ribbon Scholarship in support of the children of our fallen heroes.

Bottles are available for purchase online with shipping available anywhere in Canada.
